From: Tim Arnett [mailto:Tim.Arnett@lpcorp.com] Sent: April-20-06 1:44 PM To: Carole Dascher Subject: BEETLE FALL AND BURN SUMMARY FOR GOLDEN 20006.xls I have gone through the file and have accounted for all sites. The following list is of the infest centres with different treatment number from proposed number. I-615 - found two extra trees I-625 - found two extra trees I-1312 - only 3 trees were actually present - data entry error in probe summary. The actual probe card only had 3 current attack found not 8. I-1471 - Found extra tree I-2117 could not find all 4 trees (treated 3)- likely the strip attack I-2161.1 - treated 31 of 33 proposed - likely did not find other trees. I- 2184 - 2 trees - mislabeled in location column. Should have been listed under Canyon South not Holt to Canyon. Not treated I-2184 - one tree not billed for possibly not treated. I-2133 - found two extra trees I-2133.1 - found two extra trees I-3071 and 3071.1 combined in billing for total of 8 of 8 trees. I-3078 - Found extra tree I-1820 - 22 of 38 trees treated. The 'missing' 16 trees were included in an exemption area harvested by LP in winter of 2005/2006. All trees ultimately treated.
